当店の契約農家さんから仕入れている常陸秋そばを乾麺にしました。
出来る限りそば粉を多く入れ、当店と同じく二八そばで作り、喉越しが良く風味豊かに仕上がっております。生麺にもひけをとらない乾麺です。

We made dry noodles from Hitachi Aki Soba, which we purchase from our contract farmers. We made as many buckwheat flour as possible and made it with Nihachi soba as in our shop.
It has a good throat and a rich flavor.
Dry noodles that are as good as raw noodles.
You can use it at home or as a gift.
